1. Who we are
Grand Pokémon Adventure ("game", "service") is a free browser game made by fans, with no affiliation to Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company (see the legal notice).

2. Acceptance and minimum age
- The game is intended for people 18 years old or older. By creating an account you declare that you are of that age.
- To use the service you must accept these Terms, the Privacy policy and the Code of conduct. If you disagree with any part, do not create an account or use the game.
- We record the version of the Terms accepted and the date and time of acceptance.
3. Your account
- An account is personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for what happens in it.
- Keep your password safe: it is stored only in cryptographic form (hash) and we can neither read nor tell it to you, only replace it.
- Use a valid email of your own. It is the account recovery key.
- We do not offer recovery of accounts lost through carelessness.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play the service in the browser. Copying, modifying, decompiling, reselling or creating derivative works of the service is prohibited, except as the law allows.
5. Content, trademarks and copyright
- Pokémon, Poké Ball, the names and images of the creatures and the other elements of the franchise are protected trademarks and works of their owners. We have no license or authorization from them. Details and the takedown channel are in the legal notice.
- The code, interface art and texts created for the project belong to it. Third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
- What you write in chat and in character names must follow the Code of conduct. You authorize us to display that content in the service and to remove it when necessary.
6. Virtual items and currency
- Gold, GPA Coin, items, Pokémon and the other goods in the game are virtual items for use exclusively in the service. They have no monetary value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- GPA Coin can be bought with real money in the game store (section 7) or obtained from other players on the market. Only a purchase made directly in the store counts for refunds and for the restoration described in section 7.1.
- Selling, buying or transferring accounts, items or currency for real money outside official means is prohibited.
- We may adjust the game's balance (chances, prices, drops, EXP), fix errors and remove items obtained improperly.
7. Purchases
The game is free. Inside it there are optional purchases:
- GPA Coin: the game currency, bought with real money in the store at R$ 1.00 per coin (5 to 2,000 per order), paid by card through Stripe.
- VIP: 15, 30, 60 and 90-day packages bought with GPA Coin, which give +50% EXP to the trainer and the Pokémon and the VIP badge. VIP does not renew by itself, and a new purchase adds days to what is left.
Purchase rules:
- The price, quantity and payment method appear before confirmation, and the amount charged is always calculated by the server.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
- Coins only enter your account after Stripe confirms the payment. The payment return page, by itself, credits nothing.
- Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of buying GPA Coin, as long as the coins have not been spent, you may request a refund at contato@idlegames.online. The refund removes the coins of that order from your account, up to the balance that exists. Coins already spent (for example, on VIP) are not refunded.
- Wrongful chargebacks and disputes remove the coins of the order, lead to a block on new purchases and, in case of abuse, to the closing of the account.
- VIP is a time-limited benefit. It gives no advantage in catching or shiny chance.
7.1 Beta and restoration
While the game is in beta, accounts will be reset at launch (section 8.1). Whoever buys GPA Coin directly in the store during the beta will receive, at launch, everything they bought plus 30%, in GPA Coin, on the same account. Only purchases made in the store count (not coins obtained from other players), net of refunds, and each purchase is returned only once. The bonus is promotional: it is not paid in cash and does not apply to refunded or disputed purchases. We keep the purchase history and the restoration credits even after the reset.
8. Availability and restoration
The service is offered as is, with no guarantee of continuous operation. There may be maintenance, instability, failures and, for integrity reasons, restoration of the server to an earlier point, with possible loss of what was done afterwards. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
8.1 Beta phase
While the game is in open beta: several systems are still under development and may change or be incomplete; lag, instability, bugs and maintenance may occur; and, when the beta ends, all accounts will be reset, and characters, Pokémon, items, currency or progress obtained during the beta will not be kept. Whoever buys GPA Coin during the beta is covered by section 7.1. By playing the beta you agree to this.
9. Prohibited conduct
Violating the Code of conduct is prohibited, including exploiting flaws, using third-party automation, defrauding the market, harassing other people or trying to access accounts and systems without authorization.
10. Suspension and termination
We may warn, suspend, restrict or ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Code of conduct, proportionally to the severity and the history. You may ask to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from unavailability, failures, bugs, third-party actions, misuse of your account or loss of virtual items. This does not remove rights the law guarantees to consumers.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date in the footer. Relevant changes will be announced in the game, and use after the notice indicates agreement; if you disagree, stop using the service.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For consumers, the venue of the consumer's domicile is elected, under the law.
