Fan project
Grand Pokémon Adventure is an unofficial project made by fans, for fans. It has no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval from Nintendo Co., Ltd., Game Freak Inc., Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company (International).
Trademarks and copyright
- Pokémon, Poké Ball, the names and images of all creatures and the other elements of the franchise are registered trademarks and protected works of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures and The Pokémon Company. We have no license, authorization or permission from the holders to use this material.
- This project does not present itself as an official product, service or communication of the franchise. Being a fan project gives us no right over that material, and we do not claim otherwise.
- The code we wrote, the interface art we produced and the texts on this site belong to the project. Third-party materials used in the game belong to their respective owners.
- The game is free to play. Possible optional paid items in the future will be reported in the Terms of use.
Takedown requests from rights holders
If you are the holder (or an authorized representative) of copyright or trademark rights over any content found here and wish it removed, write to contato@idlegames.online with the subject "Takedown request", stating:
- the identification of the material and where it appears (address, screen or description);
- the identification of the rights holder;
- your contact details and, if you are a representative, that fact;
- a statement that the use is not authorized by the holder or by law.
These requests have priority over any other support request. We confirm receipt and remove the identified material in a short time, without requiring a court order to honor a legitimate request from a holder. If the request covers the whole service, the game will go offline within the same period.
