1. Account and security
- The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for everything that happens in it.
- Do not share your password or email with anyone. The team never asks for your password.
- Use an email of your own, valid, that you can access. It is the recovery key.
- Each person may have at most 4 account(s). Using several accounts to bypass rules, the market or limits is prohibited.
- The account and the character are licensed to you for use in the game and remain under the project's administration.
2. Fair play
- Exploiting bugs, glitches or loopholes is prohibited. Found one? Tell the team.
- Duplicating items, currency, EXP or catches by any means is prohibited. Anything obtained improperly will be removed.
- Trying to change what the browser sends to the server, intercepting traffic or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
3. Automation and third-party software
- Play through the official interface. Using programs, scripts, extensions, macros or auto-clickers that simulate your presence or perform repeated actions is prohibited.
- The Hunt Helper (Analyzer and Bot) that is part of the game is allowed: it is the official way to automate hunting.
4. Economy and market
- Trading accounts, items, Pokémon or in-game currency for real money (RMT) outside official means, and advertising it in official channels, is prohibited.
- Deceiving, scamming or inducing another player to give up items or currency is prohibited.
- Manipulating prices with multiple accounts, arranging transfers disguised as sales or using the market to move resources between your accounts or those of acquaintances is prohibited.
- Listing at the wrong price is the lister's responsibility: the team does not compensate those cases.
- Wrongful chargebacks of purchases already credited lead to a purchase block and removal of what was credited.
4.1 Purchases
Purchases (GPA Coin and VIP) are optional and described in the Terms of use. VIP gives +50% EXP; no purchase gives an advantage in catching or shiny chance. Only GPA Coin bought in the store counts for refunds and for the beta restoration; coins obtained from other players on the market do not.
5. Community
- Treat others with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, threats, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia or extremism.
- Do not publish other people's personal data (real name, address, phone, email, photos).
- Do not spam, flood, advertise other games or post unauthorized links in chat.
- Do not pretend to be part of the game's team.
- Do not spread information you know to be false.
- Use each channel for its purpose (for example, buying and selling in the trade channel).
6. Character names
Your name is seen by everyone. Offensive, obscene or discriminatory names, names glorifying violence or drugs, names imitating the team or brands, names advertising other games or names pretending to be an official role are prohibited. The team may change or penalize names without notice.
7. Reports
- Report to support at contato@idlegames.online, with screenshots and as much detail as possible. Do not accuse anyone publicly.
- False reports, or reports made only to harm someone, are also penalized.
8. Penalties
- They may be a warning, a chat mute, a temporary suspension, removal of items or attributes improperly obtained, or a permanent ban.
- Penalties are proportional and progressive: repeat offenses raise the penalty.
- The final decision belongs to the team, which reviews each case individually.
9. Final provisions
- The game is offered by fans, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Instability, maintenance and bugs may occur.
- If needed for the integrity of the game, the server may be restored to an earlier safe point, and what was done after it may be lost.
- We recommend keeping your email active and noting the account creation date: without access to the account email there is no way to recover it.
- The rules may be updated at any time, and the version in force is always the one published here. Cases not covered will be decided by the team.
